We operate our Child Care Centre under the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA, 2014, formerly the Day Nurseries Act of Ontario) where the Ministry of Education licensing requirements are met to ensure dependable child care.

Early Beginnings Multicultural Child Development Centre is a full-time licensed childcare program that provides high-quality childcare to the Ottawa community.
