Our vision to provide superior quality child care in central Toronto began with our first facility located on the Bain Estate in Don Mills. Today we have grown to 7 Graydon Hall centres throughout the GTA. In addition to our commitment to providing the best possible care for your child, we continue to be active in the community and instrumental in the support and development of child care services in our area. In 1976 the Mayor of North York officially recognized Graydon Hall Nursery Schools for its service to the community.

Renata Kompaniyets, Founder and Operating Director of Alphabet Treehouse, is a Registered Early Childhood Educator. Renata brings over 20 years of childcare experience and has founded childcare centres in Toronto. In her personal life, Renata is a mother of three. Her dedication to her own children’s education was the inspiration behind Alphabet Treehouse.Elina Kompaniyets, Assistant Director of Operations, is Renata’s daughter and business associate. Elina graduated from the Schulich School of Business, with a dual specialization in Accounting and Strategic Management. Elina has always shared her mother’s passion for children’s learning and development. Our mission is to foster and develop the full potential of every child. Our team of dedicated and highly qualified educators are passionate about early childhood education. Academic curriculum is integrated in daily learning. Our well-rounded curriculum supports all areas of development—cognitive, physical, social, and emotional. We blend structured activities with play-based learning to foster a love of learning and discovery. Our imaginative play areas are equipped with a variety of open-ended materials and props that encourage children to use their imagination. These items include dress-up clothes, building blocks, kitchen sets, and more, allowing children to create their own stories and scenarios.

Little Giants has over 10 years of experience in child care, serving the North York area. We first started as a small home childcare in 2011 and expanded into a licensed centre in 2019. We are proudly a Canadian female-owned and privately operated centre. We offer high quality and responsive childcare service to meet the needs and demands of families within our diverse community. Currently, we are offering part time/half day nursery programs (less than 6 hours) and full day programs serving children18 months to 6 years old. We also offer before and after school programs to our nearby schools as well as summer camps.Our programs follow a combination of a proven successful play-based (emergent) and teacher-led (Montessori) philosophies. They are carefully balanced and planned to support each child’s interests and developmental needs. We are also inline with Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Year: How Does Learning Happen?
