Hello! My name is Manisha, and I am a 27-year-old full-time cook with over 10 years of experience in home-style Indian cooking. I’ve had the privilege of working with 2 families, where I was responsible not only for cooking but also for kitchen support tasks like cutting vegetables and loading/unloading dishes. I specialize in preparing a wide variety of Indian cuisines, including South Indian, Punjabi, Hindi, and Gujarati dishes, along with snacks.
