We are seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver for my elderly father with chronic lung disease as well as intermittently for my elderly mother undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Responsibilities would include: prompting them to do daily routine tasks, prompting them to take medications, as well as meal preparation (ability to cook vegetarian Indian/south asian food is preferred), light housekeeping, transportation to and from appointments, and light errands (grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, etc.). Ideally, caregiver would have flexible schedule that can accommodate variability in needs, including ability to work in the evenings or weekends if needed.
