Assiniboine Children's Centre is licensed by the province of Manitoba and is centrally located in Winnipeg, MB, just off of Portage Avenue, and west of Polo Park Shopping Centre. It is close to major bus routes, major transportation arteries Route 90 and Portage Avenue which makes it easily accessible for commuters. It is open year-round, Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ACC offers quality early learning and childcare programs for children ages 18 months to 12 years old in a warm, caring, respectful home-like atmosphere. We believe in the individuality of children and in offering children choices that allow room for growth in a stimulating, caring, supportive environment that fosters and promotes learning and development. The importance of play as a means of healthy early childhood development is essential to the programming at ACC.
