Oriole is a co-operative nursery school, centrally located at Yonge and St Clair. We offer a half day program for children aged 2 to 4, which emphasizes learning through play and mastering independence in a stimulating and social environment.Our Junior class provides a wonderful first school experience, focusing on social relationships, following routines and building understanding of and empathy for others. Children enrolled in the Junior class may participate 3, 4 or 5 mornings a week.Our Senior class provides a strong foundation for full day Kindergarten by teaching effective communication skills, encouraging creative thinking and developing problem solving skills. Children enrolled in the Senior class attend 5 mornings a week.
