About Thistleoaks Child Care Centre
Located in the heart of Oakville's Kerr Village and close to the Oakville GO Station, Thistleoaks Child Care Centre has been providing the highest quality in child care since its opening in 1989. Our not-for-profit centre focuses on ensuring all children have the opportunity to succeed in programs that focus on active learning through exploration, play, and inquiry. We believe that all children thrive in programs where they and their families are valued as active participants and contributors. Under the tutelage of an experienced staff of ECEs and child care professionals that embrace the How Does Learning Happen curriculum, we provide full day care for children aged six weeks to 12 years on weekdays between the hours of 6:45am and 6:15pm, longer than most other centres in the area. We also offer a variety of PD Day and summer camps for children in grades 1 through 7.
