About Honey Tree The Children's Learning Centre

Honey Tree first opened in 1983 as a small family centre. Due to the quality programs and care provided Honey Tree soon expanded. The first expansion came in 1985 to 10 and then to 20 children aged 3-5. Parents found they had no where to take their children once they reached the age of 6 so once again we expanded to fill the need. The age limits were changed allowing children to start at age 2.5 and stay until the age of 12. In 1989 due to the huge waiting list and the reputation Honey Tree had developed a second location was built. Within a couple of years the out of school and preschool programs were added. After 25 years servicing the community Honey Tree has since down sized to our current Fleetwood location.
