Key Responsibilities: Childcare: • Care for our 18-month-old daughter during the day: engage her with age-appropriate play, outdoor time, books, music, and other stimulating activities • Manage her daily routine: feeding, diapering, nap time, and hygiene • support our 6-year-old son when he returns from school in the afternoon — including preparing his after-school snack and helping him settle in Cooking & Meal Prep: • Prepare healthy, kid-friendly meals and family lunches/dinners • Light meal prep such as chopping vegetables, marinating, or prepping ingredients • Help with kitchen cleanup after meals Light Housekeeping: • Tidy up play areas and common spaces • Load/unload dishwasher • Handle children’s laundry and linens • Occasional light housekeeping tasks (e.g., wiping down counters, organizing toys, making beds)
