Hi, I’m Shital Faujdar, a compassionate and dedicated Elder Care Provider/Nurse with over 3 years of hands-on experience in providing personalized care for seniors. I am certified in Home Health Aide (HHA) and CPR by the American Heart Association and am currently preparing for my CNA certification to further enhance my caregiving skills. I have supported 3 families with a wide range of services including personal care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, medication management, dementia and memory care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. I also assist with transportation, errands, and engaging seniors in activities that promote emotional well-being and physical health. Fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi, I ensure clear communication and culturally sensitive care.
