Primary Responsibilities (Childcare) Infant Care: - Full responsibility for feeding (bottles and solids), diapering, and maintaining a consistent nap schedule. - Engagement: Implementing age-appropriate play, reading, and sensory activities to support developmental milestones. Safety: - Ensuring a clean and safe environment; basic knowledge of infant CPR/First Aid. Secondary Responsibilities (Light Chores) Kitchen Care: - Loading/unloading the dishwasher and keeping the kitchen counters tidy. Baby Support: Laundering the baby’s clothes and linens; sanitizing toys and bottles. Meal Prep: Preparing simple Indian meals (e.g., Dal, Sabzi, Khichdi) for the family 2–3 times a week. General Tidying: Keeping the nursery and main living areas organized. Requirements: - Prior experience with infants (0–12 months). - Fluent in any one of Hindi or Tamil and English. - Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP, Flu, etc.). Strong references from previous local families.
