Full-Time Nanny Needed for 12-Month-Old Boy (San Jose) We are looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic nanny to care for our active 12-month-old son. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with toddlers and can keep up with a curious, busy little one through play, learning, and outdoor activities. Responsibilities: Engage our son in age-appropriate developmental activities, including reading, singing, interactive play, arts and crafts, and early learning exercises Take him on walks, park visits, and other outdoor activities to support his physical and social development Prepare and feed meals and snacks Perform diaper changes and maintain good hygiene Follow established nap and daily routines Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Light child-related housekeeping, such as cleaning utensils/bottles, laundry, tidying play areas, and organizing toys Requirements: Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers Active, energetic, and hands-on approach to childcare Patient, caring, and dependable personality Strong focus on safety and child development CPR/First Aid certification preferred Excellent references We are looking for someone who will become an engaged partner in our son's growth and development, encouraging exploration, learning, and fun every day
