Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility/transfers. Medication Management: Administer medication and provide reminders. Companionship: Engage in conversation, hobbies, and activities to support emotional well-being. Light Housekeeping & Meals: Prepare meals, handle light cleaning, laundry, and linen changes. Documentation: Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to family.
