Experienced, nurturing full-time nanny for our infant — a long-term role for someone who bonds deeply and understands developmental milestones and leaps (tummy time, sensory play, motor skills, and sleep routines). Wonder Weeks/Montessori familiarity is a plus. REQUIREMENTS: - Extensive infant experience; fluent English (in person and over text) - Light baby-related chores (laundry, feeding prep, tidying) - CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to certify within the first month); nonsmoker - Reliable, with daily updates on feeding, naps, and milestones SCHEDULE & PAY: - Mon–Fri, hrs/week (occasionally up to 45); flexibility appreciated - $20–$24/hr based on experience (W-2, biweekly); overtime per CA law - Health stipend $350/mo · 10 vacation days + 5 sick days · federal holidays · guaranteed hours · daily meals · transit stipend · annual raise — all beginning after a 90-day trial period LOCATION: Pacific Heights, SF 94123.
