Hi everyone! We're a warm, respectful family in Redwood City (94063), about a 12-minute walk from Caltrain, looking for a long-term mother's helper to join our morning routine. I have two little ones (ages 1 and 3.5), and I'll be home during this time, so this is a helper role, not solo childcare. A typical morning would include: • Helping me get the kids ready for daycare • Packing lunches/snacks • Chopping vegetables and light cooking/meal prep • Loading/unloading the dishwasher • Daily laundry, folding, and putting clothes away • Light toy organization and tidying • Watering plants • Helping reset the kitchen and house after the kids leave around 9 AM These are the primary responsibilities, but the role is not limited to the above and may include other light household tasks as needed. We're looking for someone who is reliable, kind, organized, and enjoys being around young children. We'd love to find someone looking for a long-term position and become a consistent part of our family's routine.
