We started with her when my daughter was just 4.5 months old and my daughter is ready to go to daycare and I am looking for a new family for my nanny. She is an older Indian nanny, very grandmotherly, has the energy to teach, engage, and run behind the child, takes her out twice a day, takes care of all the baby related chores and occasionally also helps me with household chores such as folding laundry.
