Bettye Hyde Co-operative Early Learning Centre. We are located at 43 Blackburn Avenue in Sandy Hill, an historic neighbourhood in downtown Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Have a look around and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We embarked on a new and exciting chapter in our 75-plus-years history in 2013 when we moved to our new purpose-built home. After some 40 years operating in the basement of All Saints Church, we are now just down the hill in a renovated historic Carriage House. In 2016 and 2017 we "greened" our outdoor playground and rebuilt our front entryway to create a welcoming garden-like atmosphere for our children, their families and our neighbourhood. We are proud of what we have accomplished through the years and we hope you agree as you explore our website and/or choose to visit us.
