We are looking for a warm, reliable, versatile, and adaptable live-in nanny to support our family. We have two energetic boys (ages 5 and 7) in school full-time (8 AM–3 PM, or until 4:30 PM with after-school activities), and a baby arriving soon. We are looking for someone who truly loves children more than anything and brings warmth, affection, and care into our home. Because the boys are in school during the day, we need someone who can take the lead on housework, cooking, cleaning, and home organization, along with childcare support before and after school. Mornings will include helping with breakfast, packing lunches, and getting the boys ready for the day. Parents handle school drop-off and pick-up, and we also drive them to after-school activities several days per week. On those evenings, support will focus on having dinner prepared, helping the household run smoothly, and turning down the home for the night (tidying, organizing, and preparing for the next day). We also need someone proactive who can help keep running lists, shop for household needs, and stay ahead of what the family requires. After school and on non-activity days, we want someone who can actively engage with the boys through play, sports, outdoor activities, and structured routines, as well as reading, writing, and supporting learning and good habits.
