We are seeking a loving, reliable, and experienced nanny to provide attentive and nurturing care for our 4 month-old daughter. The ideal candidate is patient, calm, knowledgeable about infant development, routines, and safety, and genuinely enjoys caring for young babies. Responsibilities include providing primary care for a 3-month-old infant in a safe and nurturing environment. The nanny will follow and support age-appropriate routines for feeding (bottle feeding or breast milk handling), diaper changing and hygiene, nap schedules and sleep routines, engaging in developmentally appropriate activities (tummy time, talking, singing, reading), monitoring developmental milestones, and communicating observations with parents. Additionally, the nanny will maintain a clean and organized baby environment (baby laundry, bottles, play area), prepare bottles and clean feeding equipment, comfort and soothe the baby as needed, and communicate clearly with parents about daily activities, mood, and needs. Required Qualifications include a minimum of 2–3 years of experience caring for infants (newborn to 6 months preferred), a strong understanding of infant safety, sleep practices, and developmental needs, infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness, non-smoking status, and references from previous families.
