We are seeking a reliable and energetic caregiver for my mother, who is transitioning home after a hospitalization. She will need assistance with daily activities, walking and exercise, medication assistance, and companionship as she recovers. Responsibilities may include: • Bathing • Dressing • Toileting assistance • Transfers and mobility support • Medication reminders and organization • Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed • Light housekeeping related to her care • Laundry and linen changes • Encouraging and assisting with prescribed physical activity/exercises • Providing companionship and emotional support
