We’re a family on the Westside seeking a kind, reliable nanny to care for our twin infant girls. The role includes feeding, diapering, naps, and keeping them engaged during wake windows through simple activities like talking, reading, singing, tummy time, and rotating toys. We both work from home and are hands-on, but need consistent daytime support from someone warm, attentive, and proactive who enjoys working with babies and can help maintain a calm, structured routine. Baby-related tasks only (bottles, laundry, tidying play areas). Hourly rate $19–20 depending on experience. Start date flexible; we offer paid sick time and can accommodate unpaid time off with advance notice. We have one small dog. We are a mixed household so we are seeking someone who speaks basic English (does not need to be fluent).
