About Oak Park Co-operative Children's Centre

Oak Park provides excellent care and education for children. Our Centre is multicultural which makes us unique and enriches our program. At Oak Park, we will work to develop trusting relationships with your children and to encourage independence in all aspects of their day. There is always time for a smile, a hug, a helping hand. There is an opportunity for: individual, small and large group activities, for children to learn to share, work co-operatively, develop language, social, motor and cognitive skills, THROUGH PLAY situations. Our full-time staff is Registered Early Childhood Educators. Lakshmi the teacher in the Senior Room has won a Federal Teaching Award for excellence in Early Childhood Education and has been at Oak Park for 25 years. We provide free Yoga Lessons by a Children's Yoga Instructor twice a month from September to June.
