We are looking for an experienced Roti or Tortilla Machine Operator to join our food production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating roti/tortilla making machines or be highly skilled in rolling tortillas or rotis quickly and consistently by hand while maintaining excellent quality and food safety standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor roti/tortilla making machines efficiently. Roll tortillas or rotis by hand at a fast, consistent pace (if assigned). Ensure products meet quality, size, and thickness standards. Prepare dough and maintain production flow. Keep the work area clean and follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment. Assist with other production tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience operating a roti or tortilla making machine is preferred. Experience hand-rolling tortillas or rotis quickly and consistently is also highly preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
