We are a warm, busy family with two young children (soon to be three!) looking for a full-time, live-in Mother’s Helper to start in November 2025. This role is a mix of 50% household support and 50% childcare, working alongside me (mom) to keep our home running smoothly and support with the kids. Responsibilities Housekeeping (daily): - Laundry - Vacuuming & mopping kitchen, kids’ playroom, living room, bedrooms - Dishes & kitchen help while I cook - Making beds and keeping rooms tidy - Unpacking Amazon packages & organizing - General upkeep to keep our home orderly with multiple kids Childcare: - Playing and engaging with the children - Diaper changes - Cleaning up after play/activities - Organizing toys - General supervision when I am busy (I handle all feeding) Additional details: - Start time: 7:00 AM (daily schedule varies) - Preference for live-in for flexibility, as some days require more help than others. - Must be female and hard-working. - Must have experience with multiple children. - Language: Ideally Telugu-speaking. If not, must speak basic English for communication. - Looking for a long-term commitment.
