Our family in Liberty Hill is looking for a reliable, full-time live-in mother's helper. Our current nanny had urgent family issues, so we're hoping to find someone great to step in. This role is a mix of childcare and household duties. Throughout the day we trade in and out depending on what's needed, so you won't be on your own with all three kids at once. I have 3 kids: almost 4, 2, and 5 months old. Schedule: Monday through Saturday, Sundays off. The day starts at 8am and wraps up after the kids' bath time, usually between 6 and 7pm. Since this is a live-in role, the day is relaxed with plenty of breaks built in for lunch and rest. I'm busy from 8 to 10am but otherwise home with you. What the day looks like: If I'm with my oldest, you'll have the other two. If I'm breastfeeding the baby, you'll play with the toddlers. Beyond childcare, you'd help with food prep, cleaning up after meals, laundry, tidying, vacuuming, opening packages, and being my extra set of hands around the house. What we're looking for: Someone reliable, punctual, and comfortable handling multiple young children at once. With three little ones, multi-tasking is part of the job.
