Posting on behalf of my nanny, Jasvir Aunty, who has 10+ years of experience being a nanny to babies. She was with us for almost a year and wish we could have kept her indefinitely! She treated my daughter like her own, is very compassionate and nurturing, kind, professional, and skilled at what she does. You can tell how experienced she is very quickly when working with her. She takes initiative, is super helpful around the house and cooked for both baby and us also (a huge plus for us) and can do light housekeeping. Our daughter loves her and they had a great daily routine, which included daily trips to the local park and bath-time (another bonus for us). She was super punctual and great with attendance, hardly ever calling in sick. She drives, so there are no issues with transportation, which is rare to find in the nanny community!
