NOTE - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE - We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to assist with our autistic son. This role involves transportation support, supervision, and occasional companionship. Responsibilities include: • Weekdays (Monday–Friday): • 7:45 AM: Drive him to the bus stop (approximately 30 drive minutes; he is picked up from there for his day program). • 2:30PM: Pick him up from the bus stop and drive him home(approx 30 minutes ) • A family vehicle will be provided for all transportation. • Afternoon support: • Our son is independent with bathing but requires verbal prompting and guidance from outside the bathroom. • From 3:00-5:30 PM, a nanny is present, so you will have flexibility during that time. Also since he is in day program 8:30-2:30 you have flexibility. • occasional Weekends: • Take him on outings such as walks in the park or boardwalk (using our vehicle). • Additional: • Availability to assist with his care during family vacations is required. We are looking for someone patient, reliable, and attentive, with a calm and supportive approach.
