I’ve had the privilege of working in the childcare field for 20+ years, wearing many different hats — from classroom teacher to administrator, bookkeeper, and manager. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, along with certifications as an Infant Toddler Educator (ITE), Early Childhood Educator (ECE), and Special Needs Educator (SNE). Over the years, I’ve gained a deep understanding of child development and the various needs of children in different settings.
