Role: We’re looking for a loving, reliable nanny to help care for our toddler, support daily routines, and assist with light child-related tasks and some light household chores. Schedule: Typically daytime hours; about 1 week per month requires longer hours (until PM) — or live-in option available during that week Start Date: Dec 3, 2025 About Us: We are an Indian Gujarati professional couple working in healthcare, living in Maryland. We eat vegetarian food at home and value a calm, clean, and family-oriented environment. Responsibilities: -Provide attentive, nurturing care and maintain a safe play environment -Feed, bathe, and dress toddler; toilet train, put down for naps -Engage in age-appropriate learning and play (reading, music, outdoor walks) -Take toddler up and down stairs / in and out of stroller, so must be physically fit -Keep toddler’s play and eating areas tidy; light child-related laundry or meal help -Follow family’s vegetarian food and home hygiene preferences Requirements: - Prior experience caring for toddlers (Indian / Gujarati family experience a plus) - Non-smoker and physically fit - Trustworthy, patient, and punctual — someone who truly enjoys working with children - Legal status in USA, clean background check - Can drive - preferred (not mandatory) - Comfortable with vegetarian household - Good communication in English or Hindi/Gujarati - Prefer someone seeking a long-term position (at least 6 months) who can grow with our family
