At St. Joseph’s Home Care our team of highly qualified staff are dedicated to providing compassionate quality care that promotes healing and independence for the people we serve. We want you and/or your loved ones to feel safe at home. Our aim is to help our clients live as independently as possible for as long as possible, in the comfort of their own homes with programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual client. Our services include a number of home support programs; Assisted Living in Supportive Housing at Gwen Lee Supportive Housing, Wellington Terrace, and Neighbourhood Model for Seniors at Risk; as well as retirement living and respite care at First Place in partnership with CityHousing Hamilton.
