About Alexandra Children's Centre

Alexandra Children's Centre provides quality child care for children aged 10 months to 5 years of age in a warm learning environment supported by trained and experienced staff. We are a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to giving quality early learning and care. Our Centre is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors which includes parent representatives. The Centre has a "state of the art" facility. In-floor heating offers comfortable warmth for youngsters. We have an oversized play yard with a separate area for infants. Every classroom has terrace doors opening onto a sheltered patio and the play yard. Each room has child sized toilets and a wash up area. There is an on-site kitchen and cooking staff offer healthy meals which meet Provincial standards. Menus are available. Our child/teacher ratios exceed required standards.
