Morning Family Assistant / Mother's Helper Location: Frisco, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–9:30 AM (15 hours/week) (Summer hours might be adjustable) We are looking for a warm, reliable, and organized individual to help our family during the morning routine. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys children and keeping a home running smoothly. Responsibilities - Help two girls (ages 5 and 8) get ready for school - Prepare simple breakfast and assist with packing lunches/snacks - Help children with dressing, hair, and morning routines - Keep the kitchen clean and organized after breakfast - Load/unload dishwasher and wipe counters - Light tidying of common areas and children's spaces - Assist with simple meal prep or household tasks as needed - Ensure children are ready for school and belongings are organized Qualifications - Prior experience with children preferred - Dependable and punctual - Kind, patient, and organized - Reliable transportation - References preferred Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
