About Friendly Little Campus
FLC was established in 2004, with another location opening in 2009 by the same operator. FLC views the Ministry of Education s How Does Learning Happen (HDLH): Ontario s Pedagogy for the Early Years, and Early Learning for Every Child Today (ELECT), as excellent documentation and support of how we have gained knowledge and improved our centre over the years. As well, it is a confirmation that FLC has been meeting the needs of our children and families. Therefore, HDLH and ELECT play an integral role in our pedagogy.FLC also uses Toronto Children s Services Early Learning & Care Assessment for Quality Improvement (ELCAQI) as a guide for interactions, programming, and environment.
