Hello, I am 41 years old. I am having some health challenges, so I am looking for a caregiver who can cook, clean and organize the house, help with personal care such as light massage (optional), helping me with light physical therapy exercises, carrying things, accompanying me to appointments etc. I am vegetarian (eggs ok) and I like non spicy food.
