Must have reliable transportation/drive. We are looking for a full time nanny for our son in Framingham who has experience with infants. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and has the patience to take care of our 5- month-old who has some feeding issues and requires extra skin care due to eczema and is quite tempermental. We value patience and remaining calm when our son is having a difficult day. We also need somebody gentle and willing to follow specific instructions diligently. Energy and enthusiasm to help the baby be active is key. Mom and dad work from home but have busy jobs so we expect the nanny to be independent but also be open to parents/ grand parents checking in occasionally. For the right candidate we are happy to be flexible on rates. If you can speak Hindi or Odia that is great but we are also fluent English speakers.
