We are a busy family with three young children (ages 6, 5, and 3) seeking a reliable, kind, and trustworthy Family Assistant. This role blends childcare, light household management, and cooking. Responsibilities: Help children with morning routine (wake up, dress, breakfast, school prep) Speak Hindi with the kids at home (language immersion is very important to us) Light household support: laundry, folding, tidying up after kids Cook healthy family meals (Indian and other cuisines) One longer day per week dedicated to meal prep, laundry reset, and home organization Hours: Morning shift: 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., Monday–Friday Optional shift: 4:30 p.m -- 7:30 p.pm Monday-Friday One extended day (5–6 hours) each week for cooking + house reset Option shift: weekend help when needed.
