My husband and I are working from home and we need someone kind, caring and patient to care for our 19 month old while we are on calls and are working. He is very attached to us and is highly sensible/sensitive and is still in the "Stranger Danger" phase so the job requires patience for him to be accustomed with a new face. Our preference is for Malayalis(Keralities) or Tamil caregivers as our son is very fluent in Malayalam. However we are flexible with others as well. I will be taking care of his diaper changes for the most part and we should be done with work by 4:30 at the least. The job is primarily adhoc/hourly based, meaning we can release the caregiver if one of us is available early. We need the caregiver to be gentle with him and in line with our routine and parenting values. We would like the person to read to him and also play with him during the hours the person is present with him.
