About Eagle Wing Early Education Centre
North Point Douglas Early Education Centre licensed for 59 children ages 12 weeks to 12 years. We walk our children to and from Norquay School. Eagle Wing Early Education Centre is a non-profit childcare program, licensed by Province of Manitoba under Child and Family Services. SISTARS is the governing body and Eagle Wing is a program run through SISTARS. Eagle Wing has a parent committee as well as parents who sit on the SISTARS Board of Directors.
