We are seeking a compassionate & dedicated couple, preferably a husband & wife, to join our family as live-in caregivers for our parents in their home. This is a full-time, 24/7 caregiving position, with room, board, and meals provided in addition to the salary. Our parents are both facing terminal illnesses and require attentive, round-the-clock support. Our father, who is living with dementia and lung cancer, can be cared for by a male caregiver. Our mother, who has advanced Alzheimer’s, is bedbound due to a previous stroke and will require care from a female caregiver. She also needs assistance with mobility using a Hoyer lift. We are ideally looking for a caregiving couple to share responsibilities; however, we are also open to an experienced single caregiver (female) who is capable of safely and effectively managing both parents’ care needs. In addition to providing personal care, responsibilities will include: Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed; Administering medications according to schedule; Assisting with daily hygiene and comfort care; Supporting mobility and repositioning to ensure safety and prevent discomfort; Light housekeeping related to their care (laundry, maintaining a clean & safe environment); Providing companionship, emotional support, and gentle engagement. We are looking for caregivers who are not only skilled but also empathetic, patient, and reliable. Your care will play an essential role in maintaining their comfort, & dignity.
