Evenings can bring increased confusion and anxiety, so this role focuses on providing a peaceful, structured, and reassuring routine. Responsibilities Companionship and gentle supervision in the evenings Support with dinner, hydration, medications (as directed), and bedtime routine Light assistance with hygiene and changing Monitor safety and gently redirect as needed Light tidying of evening areas Qualifications Experience with seniors and dementia care preferred Patient, calm, and emotionally steady Reliable transportation; background check required This is a relationship-centered role focused on helping someone end their day feeling safe and settled.
