We're looking for an experienced, warm, and reliable nanny to join our family in Culver City starting October 12. Our hope is to find someone who feels like an extension of our family and is interested in building a long-term relationship with us as our son grows. About Us We're a family of four: two working parents, our infant son (born in May 2026), and a friendly cat. Mom works remotely from home, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside a parent who may be in and out during the day. Your primary responsibility will be caring for our son and supporting his growth, development, and daily routines. Other responsibilities include Baby-Related Household Support and Light family support We're looking for someone who: Has experience caring for infants, including newborns and babies under one year Is nurturing, dependable, and proactive Has excellent references Is CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) Has reliable transportation Is looking for a long-term position with a family Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Typical hours: approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (can be discussed) Occasional flexibility for date nights or schedule changes is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Guaranteed hours Paid holidays and PTO Mileage reimbursement when driving our child Other benefits open for discussion
