We're a family of four relocating to South Charlotte, NC, and looking for a warm, reliable live-in nanny to support our two boys, ages 4 and 20 months. Core hours are morning (6:30–8:30am: wake, dress, breakfast, school drop-off) and evening (5:30–8:30pm: dinner, bath, bedtime), roughly 20 hours/week for this shift, plus cooking and light housekeeping during the day while the boys are at school. We'd ideally love someone open to spreading their 40 hours across the weekend as well rather than strictly Monday–Friday, but we're flexible and happy to discuss what works for you. Responsibilities include morning and evening routines for both children, meal prep and cooking (we're open to vegetarian or non-vegetarian, whatever you're most comfortable with), and light housekeeping for the home. Must be comfortable driving and doing school pick-up/drop-off, and communicating directly and clearly in English with school staff. We're looking for someone warm and attentive who can support potty training, outdoor play, and age-appropriate activities. Requirements: valid driver's license and comfort driving young children, English fluency for school communication, and experience with toddlers and preschool-age children preferred. This is a live-in position with a private room provided. We're a Marathi/Hindi family but genuinely flexible — English is what matters most for safety and school communication, and any additional language is a bonus, not a requirement.
