We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Night Nurse/Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to provide overnight care for our 1-month-old twin boys. This role is primarily overnight, with both live-in and live-out arrangements considered. Primary responsibilities include all aspects of overnight newborn care, including feeding (bottle and/or breast milk as applicable), soothing, diaper changes, sleep support, and attentive monitoring throughout the night. The caregiver will maintain detailed notes on feeding schedules, sleep patterns, and general observations. For live-in candidates, we would also welcome limited daytime assistance related to the babies, as needed. This may include light baby care support, washing and sterilizing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, and keeping baby-related areas clean and organized. Light cooking (simple meal preparation) is a nice-to-have but not required. The ideal candidate will have prior newborn care experience—twin experience strongly preferred—be knowledgeable about safe sleep practices, and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently. Newborn care training and CPR/first aid certification are highly preferred. Compensation: Weekly rates are negotiable for live-in candidates, based on experience and scope. Live-out compensation based on experience/scope. Timing: The need is immediate, though we are flexible on both start and end dates for the right candidate.
