Shining Stars Learning Academy was founded with a commitment to providing families with exceptional, affordable, and inclusive childcare services. Driven by our passion for nurturing young minds, we take pride in empowering children to achieve their full potential. Our foremost priority is to foster a warm, secure, and enriching environment where every child feels valued and thrives each day.I’m Sandeep Sidhu, and I’m excited to share a bit about my journey with you. I’ve had the privilege of working in the childcare field for 20+ years, wearing many different hats — from classroom teacher to administrator, bookkeeper, and manager. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, along with certifications as an Infant Toddler Educator (ITE), Early Childhood Educator (ECE), and Special Needs Educator (SNE). Over the years, I’ve gained a deep understanding of child development and the various needs of children in different settings.
