Your Role & Responsibilities - Caring for our daughter- feeding, diapering, bathing and dressing. - Sleep routine: She takes one nap per day for about 2 hours - Meal prep: Supporting self-feeding, preparing healthy, homemade baby meals; prepping weekend baby food - Stimulation & development: Engaging with gentle play, age-appropriate sensory activities, reading, singing - Socialization: Taking her to stroller walks, playdates, and baby classes - Cleanliness: Washing and sterilizing her sippy cups and toys; tidying baby’s spaces; light housekeeping during nap times (dishes, wiping surfaces) - Baby Laundry: maintaining clean clothes for her - Communication: Keeping a daily journal of naps, feeds, moods, milestones; friendly updates for us
