I am looking for a reliable and caring person who can come to my home for 1 hour per day to assist me with: 30 minutes: Help with basic stretching and mobility exercises 30 minutes: Oil massage for hands, arms, legs, and feet This is not a nursing or medical-care position. I mainly need someone patient and dependable who can help me follow my regular stretching routine and provide a basic oil massage.
