The Belleville Child Care Center program is based on the philosophy that each child and his/her family is unique with individual needs and developmental patterns. The Child Care Center is dedicated to expanding and enhancing human potential. It seeks to stimulate the development of each child. The Child Care Center will provide a safe, stimulating, healthy and nurturing environment for its children. Curriculum planning focuses on learning as an interactive process.
