We are a warm, organized family seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver for a long-term role (now through July 2030). The position is primarily part-time with morning and evening support, plus a temporary full-time phase starting in August after the birth of our third child (baby due in May). We have two toddlers in daycare and a newborn arriving in May. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term stability with one family. Schedule & Responsibilities Now – July (Part-Time) Mornings (6:30–7:30 a.m.): wake children, diapers, morning milk, get ready, daycare drop-off Evenings (4:30 p.m. – bedtime): daycare pick-up, dinner (children only), bath, diapers, play/reading, evening milk, bedtime August – February (Temporary Full-Time) Full-time daytime care for the baby Continued morning and evening routines for toddlers, including daily drop-offs, pick-ups, dinner, bath, and bedtime February/March onward (Part-Time through July 2030) Morning drop-offs and evening pick-ups with dinner and bedtime routines Requirements Infant and toddler experience Very confident Atlanta driver (daily drop-offs/pick-ups required) Reliable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable with part-time and full-time phases Non-smoker; vaccination-friendly Household Notes Vegetarian household.
