We're looking for a warm, reliable weekend helper for our multigenerational home in Ashburn -- about 60% caring for my father-in-law, 40% household. Grandpa (60%): Early stage Parkinson's, consistent routine. Lunch at 12:30, dinner at 6:00 (simple meals, same dinner nightly), assist with bathing (personal-care experience required), prep cut fruit for the morning, light exercise. He manages his own meds reliably. No lifting/transfers. Household (40%): Family laundry, plus one or two rotating deep-clean zones each weekend (kitchen, mudroom, pantry, family room). Ideal: elderly personal-care experience (Parkinson's a plus), reliable every weekend, comfortable in a busy home with two kids. Punjabi or Hindi a plus, not required. Consistent, long-term weekend role -- 12 hrs/week, every Sat+Sun 12-6. Would also consider Live-in situation if fit is good. Background check required.
