Main responsibilities would include preparing healthy, nutritious & tasty South-Indian food preferably Kerala style with very little oil and chilies; cleaning the kitchen countertop after food preparation; loading/unloading the dishwasher & washing dishes (those which cannot be loaded into the dishwasher) - 2 to 3 days a week, 8 am to 12 pm.
